Website content and resources are for general information and education. They do not replace individual counselling, psychotherapy, medical care, mental health assessment, legal advice or other professional advice relevant to your circumstances.

Reading content, downloading resources, joining the email list or sending an enquiry does not, by itself, create a counselling, supervision or other professional relationship.

Counselling and supervision

Counselling and clinical supervision are governed by separate service agreements covering consent, confidentiality, fees, cancellations, telehealth and professional practice. If a service agreement differs from these website terms, the service agreement applies to that service.

Bookings fees and cancellations

Fees, session details and booking options may appear on the website or booking system. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided in the relevant booking or service agreement. Fees and service availability may change from time to time.

Outcomes

Counselling and supervision are collaborative processes, and outcomes vary. Website content does not promise or guarantee a particular personal, clinical, professional or therapeutic outcome.

Urgent and emergency support

The website, contact form and email are not emergency or crisis services and may not be monitored continuously. If someone is in immediate danger, call 000. For urgent mental health support, contact an appropriate crisis or emergency service.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, original website text, graphics, resources, program materials and branding belong to Sharpe Connections or are used with permission and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
