Explore-Experience-Evolve
Sometimes there’s a problem to solve.
Sometimes there’s something to discover.
You may feel caught in a familiar pattern, be navigating change, or sense there’s more to life than the way things are now.
Together, we explore what’s happening, consider fresh perspectives and try different ways of responding—making room for change through experience.
I bring professional knowledge and curiosity. You bring your lived experience. Together, we find a way forward that makes sense for you.
Explore what’s happening. Experience alternate ways of responding. Evolve in a different direction.
Together, we explore your experiences and the patterns and interpretations that may be keeping you stuck. We consider fresh perspectives and put new ways of responding into practice—supporting change in your everyday life.
You don’t need a specific problem to begin. Counselling can also be a space to explore yourself and how you want to grow.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs…
… combining reflection with practical strategies for everyday life and lasting change.
I draw on somatic approaches, parts work, neuroscience, mindfulness, EMDR, and cognitive behavioural methods; sessions are guided by you and what feels right along the way.
Together, we may explore breathing and regulation exercises to create moments of quiet and calm—a steadier foundation for exploring new ideas, experiences and ways forward
Let’s work together
Counselling
Together, we explore your experiences and the patterns and interpretations that may be keeping you stuck. We consider fresh perspectives and put new ways of responding into practice—supporting change in your everyday life
Supervision
Learn through shared case discussions, reflection and the experience of other practitioners. Small groups offer fresh perspectives and practical opportunities to develop your work.
Maximum six participants per group.
Consulting
A space for individuals, teams and organisations to explore challenges, consider fresh perspectives and put new approaches into practice—supporting growth through experience.
Drawing on my broad clinical and professional experience, I bring a human focus to communication, workplace wellbeing and navigating change.
I’m a registered counsellor, supervisor and meditation teacher…
…with many years of clinical experience, beginning in healthcare.
I hold memberships with PACFA, ACA and Meditation Australia, alongside non-practising registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
My work has evolved through a deep exploration of health and wellbeing—the connections between mind and body, how our health, experiences and relationships shape us, and how new experiences can open up different ways of seeing, responding and growing.
I bring professional knowledge, curiosity and useful questions. You bring your lived experience.
Together, we explore what matters to you and make room for growth and meaningful change.
“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I took the one less travelled by, and that has made all the difference.”
— Robert Frost
